Desired items can be added to the cart, and if the order is $299 and above, a Payment Plan button will appear on the cart page right underneath the Check Out Button. After clicking the payment plan button, a payment plan can be chosen and the first deposit paid. The balance can be paid in increments anywhere from 2-8 weeks. Once the payment is made in full, the products will be shipped or the custom wig will begin to be made. It's important to note that the products will not be shipped until the payment is completed. At RunwayCurls, the Return Policy is clear: there are NO REFUNDS, only EXCHANGES. To initiate an exchange, contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. The exchange request can be made via chat at MushiyaBeauty.com or by emailing info@mushiyabeauty.com. However, the product must pass quality control before any exchange, store credit, or replacement order is processed. There will be no exchanges on hair that has been worn, washed, colored, lifted, straightened, permed, or chemically altered. Once shipped, it takes 2-3 business days for delivery in the United States and 6-10 business days for international orders.
